On www.thepumpfactory.com following payment methods are accepted: a credit card (Visa,Mastercard); the MyBank service - online bank transfer and a Bank Transfer for Banca Sella customers.

  1. Credit card

    The Pump Factory accepts payments by credit card without any additional charge on the cost of the product and shipping.

    As soon as the order is completed, a payment authorization will be automatically requested to verify the validity of the card and the availability of funds and once the authorization has been confirmed, the amount will be charged to the credit card.

    What is the CVC code?

    The CVC code (Credit Card Verification or CVC Card Verification Code) is a 3 or 4 code printed on the back of your credit card which is necessary for increasing the security of the transaction.

    Under no circumstances and at no stage of the transaction shall The Pump Factory be able to access the Client's credit card details, which shall be transmitted through a secure connection directly to the banking institute that manages the transaction.
    No electronic record of said details shall be held by The Pump Factory. Under no circumstances shall The Pump Factory be held liable for any fraudulent and unauthorized use of credit cards by third parties at the time of payment.

  2. MyBank service - online bank transfer

    MyBank is an e-authorization solution which enables safe digital payments and identity authentication through a consumer’s own online banking portal or mobile application. To complete the payment, select MyBank as your payment method, type the name of your bank, if you have joined MyBank, you will be automatically directed to your online banking portal, where you can access and pay as usual.
    Once the payment has been authorized, an email is sent to the purchaser with the result of the operation. You can check the status of the payment in real time, thanks to the function in the "Payments" section of the Internet banking service

  3. Bank Transfer - Banca Sella customers

    The service is reserved for Banca Sella clients in possession of the Internet Banking codes. It allows those who have activated the service to make online payments via a bank transfer from their current account through the merchant account. The shipment is available upon receipt of payment in the bank.
