The Pump Factory guarantees the quality of any products sold on the e-commerce. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order (the days will start to be calculated on the basis of the proof of delivery).
What are the Pump Factory's return policies?
Our return policy envisages the respect of some conditions:
- The product must be intact, undamaged and never worn or dirt.
- The product must be returned together with the original box, considered in all respects an integral part of the product itself and must not have been damaged and / or altered in any way, nor used as a single external packaging.
In the event that The Pump Factory does not accept the return, will return the product purchased to the sender, charging the same shipping costs and, if already reimbursed, the price of the product.
How do I return a product?
If your purchase does not satisfy you, you can contact us by e-mail tpfmilano@gmail.com specifying the following information:
- Name and Surname- Phone Number
- Order identification number
- Item code that you want to return (Reference)
- The reasons for which you are making the return
As soon as we receive your request, you can send the products you wish to return in the way you prefer, using the express courier or the ordinary mail service.

What are the shipping costs?
- The shipping costs (and any customs duty, if applicable) arising for the return of the product shall be borne exclusively by the client.
- Until confirmation of receipt by the warehouse indicated by The Pump Factory, liability for transport shall be borne solely by the client.
- Should the product be damaged during transport, The Pump Factory shall notify the client, in order that the Client may promptly lodge a complaint against the courier that was used and obtain appropriate compensation; the product shall then be made available to the Client, at the same time as cancelling the request for termination;
When is the refund of the return?
- Once we have received your return, the condition of the returned products will be assessed and any refund will be evaluated. The refund will be accredited directly on the credit card registered on the website. Once ThePumpFactory has received the returned items we will guarantee a timely refund. The reimbursement may take up to 30 days at maximum, but the process is usually managed in much shorter times A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the mail address provided once the refund is processed.
